According to OSHA 20 CFR 1026.21(b)(2), “The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury.” The OSHA 10 Hour training provides the desired training for construction workers to help facilitate this requirement.

The Course is a requirement for construction workers and skilled trade jobs.
